For more than two decades, I served alongside influential Christian leaders — helping build teams, raise up emerging leaders, and strengthen communities through servant leadership work that reached thousands of people across the country.
One of the most formative chapters of that journey was from 2009–2015, working closely with Bill McCartney (1940–2025) — legendary University of Colorado football coach and founder of Promise Keepers. Those years planted a powerful foundation of understanding what leadership really costs, what it demands, and what it looks like when it is built on conviction rather than ambition.
But somewhere in the middle of building other people’s visions, I quietly sidelined the entrepreneurial calling God had placed inside me. Ministry culture taught me — mostly without words — that ambition was suspect. That builders were self-serving. That the most faithful thing to do was serve someone else’s vision.
I believed that far longer than I should have.
Eventually I had to face an honest reality: Was I genuinely serving others — or was I avoiding the risk and responsibility of my own calling? When I decided to own my part, that changed everything. I came to understand that entrepreneurship is not a distraction from calling. For many of us, it is one of its clearest expressions.
Today I work with kingdom-minded entrepreneurs, founders, and business leaders who are done settling and ready to build with clarity, conviction, and courage. I am not here to motivate you. I am here to challenge you, sharpen your thinking, and help you build something worth leaving behind.

How does payment work?
All sessions are paid upfront via secure checkout — card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay accepted. Retainers are billed automatically each month and can be cancelled anytime.
What if I need to reschedule?

Is there a refund policy?
Sessions are non-refundable once completed. Unused sessions in a package never expire, so you can work at your own pace.
